Colours Carnival

  • When is Notting Hill Carnival?
    Notting Hill Carnival takes place on the Bank Holiday weekend each August.
  • Can I register additional people who did not play with Colours Carnival before?
    Yes, you can. We welcome everyone to the Colours Carnival experience!
  • What payment methods will be accepted for registration?
    We accept cash and debit cards at our events. Online registration is also available via our website.
  • Can I get a refund for my costume deposit for any reason?
    Costumes are made for each individual; and will only be released upon full payment. Failure to pay costume in full will be considered forfeiture.
  • Can I buy any extra pieces with my costume?
    Upgrades such as headpieces, collars, backpacks . will be indicated as an option where applicable when you register. All upgrades require full payment upon registration.
  • What happens if I input inaccurate information into the registration system?
    After registration there will be no size/section changes or amendments to the registration information. We require you to be as accurate as you can, changes will not be accommodated.
  • What is included in my package?
    Colours Carnival Sunday packages include your Colours Carnival t-shirt or monokini, wristband, food, unlimited refreshments, security, live performances, the best international soca DJ sets, and so much more. Your Colours Carnival t-shirt, or monokini, and wristband must be worn on the day. Colours Carnival Monday packages include your breathtaking Colours Carnival costume, wristband, food, unlimited refreshments, security, live performances, the best international soca DJ sets, and so much more. Your Colours Carnival costume and wristband must be worn on the day.
  • Where can I find future updates about the band after registration?
    Colours Carnival will contact you directly via emails; however you can also catch up with us via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and our website. Please email queries to info@colourscarnival.com. Please note it may take up to 48 hours to receive a response to your email queries.
  • Where do I pick up my package from?
    You can pick up your package at our specified location, which we will announce closer to the event. Keep an eye out on our social media pages for updates.
  • Where do we meet?
    You'll find the meeting location for Carnival Sunday and Carnival Monday on a leaflet in your package. We will also publish this information on our social media channels.
  • Can I customise my costume?
    We welcome you to customise your Sunday t-shirt packages to show off your individuality, however the Colours Carnival logo must remain intact. We also want to ensure that you are comfortable in your Carnival Monday costume, so if you need to make any adjustments, please do so, but please bear in mind the costume designer has put a lot of thought and effort into the design; the costumes should remain as close to the original design as possible.
